Can I get a refund from Instantly?
Instantly: No refunds. All fees non-refundable incl. prorated, credits, add-ons. Cancel in-app only; takes effect end of billing period. CRM/Inbox Placement add-ons end immediately with prorated account credit. Trial/window: None.
Should I pay annually?
Only if you can live without a refund for the year. Check the window first; tools without one keep your annual payment if you cancel.
