Short answer: Of 8 cold email tools tracked, Smartlead (7 days new, 3 days renewal) and Saleshandy (10 days new, 5 days renewal) publish refund windows; Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo and Clay do not refund unused time per their own terms. Reply.io and Woodpecker policies are unverified. Last updated .
